How do I install the Pyckle CLI? +

Run curl -sL pyckle.co/install | bash in your terminal. The installer will guide you through setup and API key configuration. See the full installation guide for details.

Where do I find my API key? +

Your API key is shown in your dashboard. Click "Show" to reveal it, then "Copy" to copy it to your clipboard. Keep this key secret.

How often should I refresh my index? +

We recommend re-indexing after major codebase changes (new features, large refactors). For active development, once a week is usually sufficient. Run pyckle index . to update.

How do I cancel my subscription? +

Go to your dashboard and click "Manage Billing" in the Subscription section. You can cancel anytime and retain access until your billing period ends. No questions asked.

What platforms does Pyckle support? +

Pyckle works with Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Windsurf, and any tool that supports CLAUDE.md or similar context files. We generate configs for all major AI coding assistants.

Is my code secure? +

Yes. Code chunks are encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and stored in isolated per-customer collections. We never train on your code. You can delete your data anytime with pyckle delete, and all data is removed within 30 days of subscription cancellation.
