Pyckle's codebase analysis is provided on a "best efforts" basis. We use industry-standard techniques and continuously improve our algorithms, but we cannot guarantee perfect results for every codebase.

The quality and usefulness of the generated CLAUDE.md file depends significantly on factors outside our control.

Factors Affecting Analysis Quality

The following factors can significantly impact the quality of your analysis:

Codebase Structure

Well-organized codebases with clear directory structures, consistent naming conventions, and logical separation of concerns produce better results than disorganized or legacy codebases.

Code Completeness

Submitting only partial code, excluding key files, or omitting configuration files may result in incomplete or inaccurate analysis. Include all relevant source files for best results.

Documentation & Comments

Codebases with inline comments, docstrings, and README files help our analysis understand intent and context. Completely undocumented code may yield less useful results.

Technology Stack

We support most mainstream languages and frameworks. Highly specialized, proprietary, or extremely obscure technologies may not be analyzed as effectively.

Submission Quality

Corrupted uploads, incorrect file formats, or submissions with excessive binary/generated files can impact analysis. Follow our upload guidelines for optimal results.

User Responsibility

You are responsible for:

Providing accurate and complete source code for analysis
Reviewing and validating the generated CLAUDE.md before use
Making necessary adjustments to fit your specific workflow
Ensuring submitted code does not violate any laws or third-party rights

No Guarantees

We do not guarantee:

That the analysis will identify all relevant patterns in your codebase
That the generated CLAUDE.md will improve AI assistant performance in all cases
Specific token savings or efficiency improvements
Compatibility with all AI coding assistants or future versions

Results vary based on codebase characteristics, and some codebases may benefit more than others.

Requesting Improvements

If you're unsatisfied with your analysis results:

Re-submit - You may re-submit with additional files or context (subject to fair use)
Refund policy - Contact us within 14 days for a full refund, no questions asked

We genuinely want you to succeed and will work with you to improve results where possible.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Pyckle is not liable for any inefficiencies, errors, or omissions in the analysis
We are not responsible for decisions made based on the generated output
Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service
