Every Pyckle purchase comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied for any reason, request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase — no questions asked, no hoops to jump through. You'll receive 100% of your payment back with no processing fees deducted.

  • Full refund available within 14 days of your initial purchase
  • After 14 days, a prorated refund is available for remaining time in your billing period
  • Cancel anytime from your dashboard — you keep access until the end of your billing period
  • No cancellation fees, no penalties

What Happens When You Request a Refund

Processing Time

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email immediately.

Account Access

Your API key will be revoked and your account deactivated once your refund is processed. Any indexed data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

Payment Handling

All payments are processed through Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record. Refunds are issued through the same channel — full amount, no processing fees retained.

A Few Things to Know

  • The 14-day guarantee applies to your first purchase of each product type. If you purchase, refund, and repurchase the same product, subsequent purchases may not be eligible for the guarantee.
  • If we terminate your account for Terms of Service violations, no refund will be issued. If we discontinue a service, we'll refund any unused time.
  • Price changes are communicated 30 days in advance. You can cancel before any increase takes effect.
  • This policy is governed by our full Terms of Service.
